Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order placement. For bulk and export orders, payment terms may be negotiated separately. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship to over 20 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination, order size, and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days
- Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by customs
- International shipments may incur duties and taxes
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment

- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Custom orders are non-returnable
